1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Within the Netherlands:

• Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days (free for orders over €50, otherwise €4.95).

• Express Shipping: 1 business day (€7.95).

Within the EU:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free for orders over €100, otherwise €9.95).

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (€14.95).

International (Outside the EU):

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (free for orders over €150, otherwise €19.95).

• Express Shipping: 4-6 business days (€29.95).

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed on business days before 14:00 will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your package.

4. Customs and Import Duties

• For international orders (outside the EU), customs and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
